ATC AR-AFFF (Polar Solvent Resistant) Fire Fighting Foam is mixed with fresh or sea water using standard foam proportioning equipment at 3 parts to 97 parts (3%) for Hydrocarbon Fires and the same mix for Polar Solvent Fires.

The same applies for ATC AR-AFFF 3 x 6 only a 6% Ratio is used.

Polar film may also be used in premix form for Fire Extinguishers.
